Hi I’m Claudia, welcome to my page. I have lived in Southbourne most of my life.
Recently, I embarked on an incredible journey through Central and South America, seeking both adventure and personal growth. I began my travels in Mexico, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres.

Unwind in our hour-long restorative class designed to calm the nervous system and gently release tension. You’ll be guided through a series of gentle, floor-based postures that encourage stillness and rest. This class is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, recovery, or a quiet space to reconnect with the breath and body. No prior experience needed. This evening practice is a ritual of release a return to calm & comfort
Get up and Flo
Start your day with intention, movement, and energy
We will gently wake up the body and mind, beginning with grounded stretches and breathwork before gradually building strength and flow. As we move from the floor up, each sequence is designed to open, energize, and align you—culminating in a revitalizing series of Sun Salutations. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned Yogi, this class will leave you centered, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.
