My passion for movement and strength has always been something I have been fascinated with. I have always tried to make myself the best version of what I think super powers mean to me.

I was looking for a training program that gave me strength, balance and skill mixed with the ability to move fast and react quickly. This led to the creation and development of the program we know today as Flo.Fit.

I have simplified my training and focus on teaching myself and others functional, intuitive movement patterns that don’t follow the traditional script. They allow you to combine your physical skills and attributes into a Flo, or a learned pattern of movement. A Flo of energy both physical and mental. Using added resistance (a weight, e.g a kettlebell) can be used to build strength. If strength progression is of interest a heavier load can be used requiring more strength, control and core awareness.

Used as program for building muscle, better health or as part of calorie controlled diet, fat loss, Flo.Fit allows you to feel your way into your body. To understand it’s current limitations and how to push past those boundaries.
