Maybe you're looking to try something different, a new skill or a new way of learning a new skill. This is how I learnt to pistol squat, it felt intuitive, strength, control and balance progressed quickly along with flexibility and my focus.
In order to fully extend the knee and lower into the hip joint, ankle, hip, quad and hamstring mobility will need to be increased. These can be worked into a plan to enable a progressive skill movement to be executed.
We are dedicated to helping you with your physical and emotional health through the use of increased stress or resistance on the body and where applicable a softer more meditative Flo state and form approach.
We are delighted to introduce Flo, a new style of training based around core movements and core control.This style of training is geared towards power, belief and empowerment, it is progressive and easily scalable suitable for all ages and abilities.
Our HQ in is Bournemouth and we run workshops, bootcamps and challenges physically across the South coast of England and online. We are looking to expand the team ;-)
